Session Frequency
Sessions are held weekly or biweekly, with monthly sessions available on a case-by-case basis.

Individual Therapy ~ $170
One-on-one therapy, focused on trauma processing, body awareness, grief work, and more. 50 minutes. Low-cost therapy available.

Relational Therapy ~ $185
Therapy with more than one client that focuses on strengthening a relationship, including: couples, polycules, parents, siblings, friends, and families. 50 minutes. Low-cost therapy available.

Chronic Illness and Disability
Chronic illness is a general term for health conditions that lasts a long period of time, often a lifetime. Examples include: autoimmune diseases, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, EDS, long COVID, and POTS. There are also many folks living with unknown conditions, and the lack of diagnosis can be distressing. Chronic illness affects every aspect of life, including our relationships.

Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is an autoimmune disease that targets the digestive system and comes in two types: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. As a therapist living with IBD, I want to support others living with this unpredictable illness!
