Trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQIA+ and chronically ill folks
Serving teens and adults in WA state
Why ReEmbody?
Re = return or come back to
Embody = to be fully present and aware of sensory, emotional, and physical experiences in the body
To re-embody is to return home to yourself. It’s feeling your feet on the ground, noticing your breath, and recognizing what’s happening inside you without having to shut it down.
So many forces pull us away from our bodies — trauma, illness, systemic oppression, climate destruction, and the relentless pressures of capitalism. Disconnection can become a survival strategy. Numbing can feel necessary.
Re-embodiment is a gentle invitation back.
Back to your body.
Back to your truth.
Back to a way of relating to yourself and others that feels authentic, grounded, and resilient.
I believe re-embodiment is both a right and a privilege. It is tender, courageous work. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside you as you return home to yourself.

How do I begin therapy with you?
First, you may schedule a free consultation with me below to discuss your therapy needs. If we’re a good fit, we will set up an intake appointment!
Why should I see a relational therapist?
Couple and family therapists have uniquely systemic perspectives on humans and relationships. Even if you want to work through individual issues, my training considers cultural and family influences that shape your experience – giving us a more holistic framework.
