What are your fees?
$170 for individual therapy
$185 for relational therapy
Where is your office?
I am 100% virtual at this time and can provide services to anyone in WA. I plan to open an office space in Seattle for in-person sessions in 2026 – stay tuned!
Do you accept insurance?
No, but I provide superbills for clients to submit for insurance reimbursement. Please ask your insurance provider about out-of-network benefits to estimate costs for care!
Do you offer a sliding scale?
In an effort to make therapy accessible, I reserve a portion of my caseload for low-cost therapy. I offer three cost tiers for clients to self-select into:
Tire 1: $60 individual/$80 relational (full)
Tire 2: $110 individual/$130 relational (limited availability)
Tire 3: $170 individual/$185 relational (available)
Please contact me for more information!
How do I begin therapy with you?
First, schedule a free video consultation with me below to briefly discuss your therapy needs. If we’re a good fit, we will set up regular sessions. In the intake appointment, I will spend time gathering information about you and begin discussing goals for treatment.
Why should I see a couple and family therapist as an individual?
Relational therapists have a uniquely systemic perspective on humans. Even if you want to work through individual issues, my training considers cultural and family influences that shape your experience – giving us a more holistic perspective.
I’m chronically ill; what if I have to unexpectedly miss a session?
I created my policies with chronically ill clients in mind and aim to provide flexibility when possible. Clients can reschedule their sessions within the same week for no charge and all clients get 3 free cancellations they can use at any time. Also, I offer low-demand sessions for clients who are able to attend therapy but need accommodations. Options may include: turning off cameras, laying down during a session, using the chat feature only, coloring, ending a session early, or guided meditation.
Can you consult with my other medical providers?
I am happy to consult and collaborate with medical providers (doctor, gastroenterologist, psychiatrist, etc.) if it benefits your care!
